It's your family’s story. We'll care for it like it's our own. Here’s how it works.

1. Reserve your package.

   Would you like a book only, or would you like to add a video to add to the magic of your legacy? We can do an in-person interview or a virtual interview. (For now, you must live in South Florida for an in-person interview. )

   After you reserve your package, we will immediately email a confirmation packet that includes a questionnaire list. These are generic questions to get you thinking about the kind of stories you want you and your loved one to be asked.

2. One of our producers will contact you to start the conversation about scheduling the interview.

Our mission is to make you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will talk about who will be interviewed and what pictures and videos you can start compiling to go along with the interview. We will talk about where the best interview location would be. You might want to ask the questions yourself to get the best possible responses, or we can ask the questions that you choose. Whatever can draw out the best and most memorable answers is the best choice! Nothing is set in stone. We are that “go with the flow” family member.

3. Final interview preparations.

Within 24 hours of the scheduled interview date we will connect with you again to go over all the logistics. We will confirm participants, location, questions, photos and videos. Our goal is to have you feeling great about saving your story.

4. Interview day!

We’re experts at making people feel comfortable on camera. Your loved one will forget they’re being recorded as they go down memory lane! We edit these videos to showcase your loved one in their best light, so no need to be nervous or perfect in what you say. You’ll love how it looks!

5. Delivering the gift of a lifetime.

Once we have all of the necessary photos, we will begin editing your story.

For books: Within 2-4 weeks we will email you a proof of your book. This is to make sure the spelling of family names is all correct and the photos are on the right pages. Once you sign off, we send it to our printers. You should have your hardcover book at your door within 2-3 weeks of your proof approval. We work quickly, but most importantly, we work efficiently to make sure every detail of your story is accurate.

For video: Within 4-6 weeks we will have your final edit ready to download. You can save this on your personal devices and cloud storage. If at any time you lose the file, email us. We will always send you another link to download your story at no charge.
